- 1 scoop NF Sports NutriWhey (Vanilla) or 1 scoop Plant Protein (Chocolate Maca)
- 1 tsp ground coffee
- 1 packet or 1 tsp monk fruit or stevia (natural sweetener)
- 8 oz water
- Crushed Ice
Pour all ingredients (except for the stevia or monk fruit) into a blender and blend until smooth. Take the stevia or monk fruit and sprinkle it onto a paper plate. Take a 12-16 oz glass and wet the rim, dip the rim in the natural sweetener so it clings to the rim. Pour the latte mixture into the glass and enjoy!
Tip: This is a great way to enjoy coffee and protein on the go, especially in the hot summer months. Pour your blended smoothie in a Yeti or similar double insulated tumbler and enjoy it cold all day.
