Aloha Protein Smoothie or Creamsicles

1 scoop NutriWhey (Vanilla) or Plant-Based Protein (Coconut Cream)
1/2 scoop Hydrate (Citrus Zest)
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup mango
1 kiwi



Use fresh or frozen (unsweetened) fruit. Mix all ingredients in a blender with 16 oz water & ice until smooth. Top with chia seeds or unsweetened coconut flakes (optional). Will make 2 servings.  If using frozen fruit, less ice is needed.  As an alternative to a smoothie, pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
