Shipping and Returns

Processing Time

Orders will generally be processed within the same day if received Monday through Friday before 2:30 p.m. EST. Orders are generally delivered with 5-7 business days and generally leave the warehouse within 24 hours of placement of the order (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Shipping Information

Orders are processed via an online automated platform; therefore, we rely on our customers to input the correct shipping address, billing, and contact information. To ensure proper delivery of the order, any potential errors in the information provided may require additional verification from the customer, which may cause a delay in shipping. Customers are solely responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us upon checkout.

Out of Stock

Our automated online platform will generally notify you upon check-out if a product is out of stock; however, in the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours upon placement of the order to let you know when we expect to have the item back in stock.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed. You will also receive shipping confirmation email once your package is ready to be shipped. That email will also include tracking information for your package.

Warehouse

Orders will generally arrive in 5-7 business days, once they leave the warehouse. Orders are generally shipped via FedEx and we generally do not offer expedited shipping. You can place orders online at any time; however, our warehouse is closed on the weekends on holidays. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays, or after the warehouse cutoff time of 2:30 p.m. EST, will be processed the following business day.

Returns

We only accept returns on unopened products and unused merchandise purchased directly from our website. Any unopened and unused merchandise can only be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. If you discover any irregularity with our products, please send us the details and we would happily replace the product.

We process all returns and replacements via email. Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@nfsports.com. For prompt processing, please include the following information in your email: (1) the reason for the return; (2) your order number; (3) the number of products you are returning; and (4) the best phone number to contact you with any questions.

We will send you a return confirmation email with instructions on how to return the products or merchandise. Your refund will be processed via the same method that we received payment for the initial order.
